Bananas with Brown Sugar Glaze
2-3 bananas - more if you would like
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup chocolate chips- or enough to look good
Take the bananas and cut them into rings, and put them in a bowl. Preferably one that is easy to clean melted sugar out of!
Melt on the stove the brown sugar, butter and chocolate chips. Mix until nice and bubbly, and slightly thick, about 5 minutes or so. Less if you are impatient!
Turn off stove, and let sit until it starts to thicken up. Once it has gotten thick- it's kind of grainy- then you pour it over the bananas in a bowl, and enjoy! Be careful, the sugar glaze stays hot for a long time!

Note- this makes a large amount of the glaze stuff, I have a good amount left over. I intend to cube up some apples, and mix them into the mix, and eat it that way!
